Pre-registration
Since the number of places is limited and for a better organization of the workshop, we strongly ask you (researchers and industry) who wish to attend the workshop without submitting a presentation to pre-register by 10 March, 2017
Pre-registration is made According to two profiles: Researcher and Industrial. You provide the necessary information for your identification.
An invitation to the workshop will be sent to you by the person in charge to confirm your registration.
Submitting a Presentation
Those who carry out research work on the themes of the workshop, and wish to present their projects or project idea in session A or B of the workshop, are requested to:
- Pre-register before submission
- Download the Oral template or the Poster template
- Provide the submission by the 23rd February 2017
The Template contains the instructions to follow and to respect to present most of the work. The participant for an oral presentation must respect the 3 minutes reserved for each intervention.
The participant for a poster presentation must be present to give the explanations necessary for his presentation.
Submitting a prototype
In this edition, we also programmed the exhibition of the prototypes resulting from the collaboration projects Engineering-Health. Persons with a prototype or application and wish to exhibit it are requested to use:
- Pre-register before submission
- Download the Template of the prototype presentation
- Provide the submission by the 23rd February 2017
The participant for a prototype presentation must be present to give the necessary explanations for his prototype.

Informations importantes
We inform our dear participants, that the researcher's works submitted to the workshop will be studied by a scientific committee. Following the recommendations of this committee, the work once accepted, will be presented in one of the following sessions:
- The oral session (Session A or B)
- The Poster session (Networking Pause)
- The prototype exhibition session (Networking Break)
An invitation to the workshop will be sent to you by the responsible official to confirm that your submission has been accepted.
We also propose for people who have not been able to pre-register or submit their work to use the email: weiht2017@usmba.ac.ma to request pre-registration or work submission.
